Raising poultry since 3rd grade
At 9 years old, being in the third grade, I took my first step in the avian world. After a long boring day of school, I arrived to a new chicken coop full of baby chickens my mother gifted to me. I craved more knowledge to learn about these birds. I researched my school library, finding books on any and every book on chickens, ducks and geese. My resources dried, as I opened a new branch of knowledge, I read books on birds in general.
